Marten van der Loeff
After graduating from Delft Technical University, Marten van der Loeff had an international management career at Unilever. In 2000, he left Unilever and became an active venture capital investor. In 2004 Marten decided to become more actively involved in some of the participations he had invested in. He switched careers and became a full-time CEO of one of his participations, the Texelse Bierbrouwerij (Brewery). Texelse Bierbrouwerij did grow consistently over the years and became one of the most successful independent brands of crafted beer in the Netherlands. In 2019 it was announced that Heineken wanted to acquire Texelse Bierbrouwerij. The acquisition was, despite corona, successfully concluded in November 2020. Marten is a shareholder in ClearD3 since 2022
Marleen Groen
Marleen had a long and distinguished nearly 40 year career in the financial industry. In the 90’s Marleen specialised in Private Equity and in 2000 she started her own private equity company Greenpark Capital. When it was acquired by StepStone Group in 2013 it had USD 2bn AUM across four global secondaries funds. Marleen currently serves on a number of supervisory boards, including Altamir – a French listed PE company, and the African Wildlife Foundation. In addition to these activities, Marleen is a private investor in a number of ventures. She became a shareholder in ClearD3 in 2022.
Robert Barge
Robert is a director at Bikbergen SA, a family office and has fulfilled this function for a long time. He is specialized in alternative investments and has been investing in alternatives already for decades. The number of ventures in their portfolio has grown over the years to a very substantial one. Bikbergen is a shareholder in ClearD3 since 2022.
